At ING we are looking for bright talent for the International Talent Programme Wholesale Banking Track
Just graduated from a Ms and talented? Join the ING International Talent Programme.
The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.
During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.
In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:

Personal Growth
Professional Development
In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees of come together in to learn, network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:
As a Wholesale Banking ITP you will be involved in transactions which have a large impact on our clients. Your main tasks consist of:
Develop comprehensive marketing materials, including presentations and pitch books.
Conduct thorough analysis of targets, financing options, and competitive landscape.
Utilize financial modeling and analysis skills to evaluate transaction viability.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist in drafting transaction documentation.
Monitor market trends, gather industry information, and support portfolio management.
Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality transaction delivery.
Perform due diligence, evaluate risk factors, and maintain compliance standards.
Support syndication efforts and facilitate coordination among multiple parties.
Process credit reviews, waivers, and amendments to maintain a secure portfolio.
Collaborate with the KYC team to uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant regulations.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Masters' degree with above-average academic grades.
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or strategic consultancy (including internships).

Tus principales responsabilidades:
Como Wholesale Banking ITP, participars en transacciones que tienen un gran impacto en nuestra clientela. Tus principales tareas consisten en:
Desarrollar materiales de marketing completos, incluyendo presentaciones y pitch books.
Realizar anlisis exhaustivos de objetivos, opciones de financiacin y entorno competitivo.
Utilizar habilidades de modelizacin y anlisis financiero para evaluar la viabilidad de las transacciones.
Coordinarte y comunicarte con las distintas personas implicadas a lo largo del proceso de la transaccin.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y apoyar en la redaccin de la documentacin de las transacciones.
Monitorizar tendencias de mercado, recopilar informacin sectorial y apoyar la gestin de carteras.
Demostrar slidas habilidades de gestin de proyectos para asegurar la entrega puntual y de alta calidad de las transacciones.
Realizar due diligence, evaluar factores de riesgo y mantener los estndares de cumplimiento.
Dar soporte a los esfuerzos de sindicacin y facilitar la coordinacin entre mltiples partes.
Gestionar revisiones de crdito, waivers y modificaciones para mantener una cartera segura.
Colaborar con el equipo de KYC para cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios y de compliance.

Slidas habilidades de anlisis financiero y resolucin de problemas.
