Function Overview
We are Finance Business Partners to our Front Office Colleagues, bridging Finance and business, by supporting management reviews and strategic decision making. We also support performance management and the forecasting and budgeting cycle.
Role Overview
The Regional Management Reporting Intern will support the Regional Finance team in preparing, analyzing, and delivering management reports used by senior leadership. This role offers hands-on exposure to regional financial reporting, performance analysis, and stakeholder management across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of sector reports, dashboards, and adhoc presentation materials for monthly and quarterly reviews
Assist in data collection, validation, and consolidation across countries / sectors
Perform basic financial and variance analysis (e.g., actuals vs budget, trends, drivers)
Help maintain and improve reporting templates, trackers, and process documentation
Improve data quality and consistency through standardized definitions and / or automated checks
Support adoption of digital finance tools by training stakeholders on self-service and automated solution
Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
Learning Opportunities
Exposure to regional financial management, performance reporting & business partnering
Understanding how financial information supports strategic and management decision-making
Experience working with Front Office / Sectors and senior stakeholders across multiple markets
Development of technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
Skills & Competencies
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) & basic Power Point skills is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a regional, cross-cultural environment
