La risorsa verr inserita allinterno dellufficio Daily Banking Operation e si occuper di supportare il team nella gestione delle attivit operative e dei controlli legate ai Processi Daily Banking e Customer.

Il candidato ideale ha una spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra, alle relazioni interpersonali. una persona precisa, curiosa e con un forte orientamento al risultato.

Deve avere capacit di analisi, competenze nella comunicazione scritta e forte orientamento al risultato.

Principali responsabilit:

• Erogare i controlli sulle attivit svolte dal fornitore per i Processi gestiti dellufficio.
• Supportare nella gestire le richieste di servizio girate internamente dal BPO.
• Durante la gestione delle attivit sopra, il candidato dovr
  • Individuare i motivi  per cui il BPO non in grado di gestire in autonomia le richieste
  • Individuare possibili soluzioni da implementare.
  • Garantire gli aggiornamenti dei manuali.
  • Analizzare la reportistica prodotta dal BPO.
• Supportare il senior nei controlli relativi ai fornitori che si occupano della stampa delle comunicazioni e della consegna ai clienti
• Supportare il senior dellarea nel gestire i meeting con i fornitori sopra.

Completano il profilo:

• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
• Lingua inglese
• Laurea conseguita o in corso Area: Economica,Giuridica, Sociologica, Comunicazione, Ingegneria dellInformazione, Statistica e Scienze Politiche
