Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Expert Business Banking (BuBA)to join our COE Team of the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to drivethe endtoend design and continuous improvement of Financial Crime Prevention processes, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into clear, scalable standards and controls.

Within this context, this role will be key for the successful expansion of ING Spain into the Business Banking segment, being responsible for the effective implementation, adaptation and ongoing ownership of existing FCP processes in the BuBA environment. The role will act as the FCP COE reference for Business Banking, ensuring alignment with ING standards while addressing the specific risks and operational realities of corporate and business clients.

You will work closely with Compliance, Operations, IT, Business, and Global stakeholders to ensure a robust, consistent and regulatorready implementation of FCP controls for BuBA.

Knows about:

Financial Crime Prevention frameworks, preferably within banking or financial services.

KYC/CDD and EDD processes for business or corporate clients.

AML/CTF regulations and supervisory expectations, ideally in a Spanish and/or European context.
