Your Role & Work Environment

As a Digital Content Creator, you will be working in Easy Banking, our Digital Sales B2B team driving growth for our Self-employed & Micro companies in Belgium. This is an exciting segment, with a focus on start-ups and entrepreneurs the backbone of our economy and future growth.

Your success indicator will be the overall digital & mobile sales contribution with a focus on owned (& paid)traffic generation (top funnel), to mid and lower funnel conversion optimization. Experimentation, AB testing, data analysis & SEO/GEO.

Your key responsibilities

As a Digital Content Creator, you create performancedriven, conversionfocused content across the full digital acquisition ecosystem. You work closely with CRO experts, Performance/paid Media, Digital Marketeers, UX, Legal and product experts to strengthen INGs digital presence and directly contribute to business growth objectives. You operate in a fastmoving, datadriven environment where experimentation, collaboration and continuous optimization are key.

What will you work on in our team, what will you learn to master:

Content, Performance & Optimization

  • Create conversionfocused copy for paid media, landing pages, onboarding flows and sales journeys.
  • BTL communication strategy & GenAI powered content creation, optimized for social, organic and paid media
  • Develop and manage content across multiple digital channels (paid, owned, social, website, comparison platforms), ensuring consistency and performance.
  • Translate complex business banking products into clear, clientfocused and actionable messaging.
  • Continuously optimize headlines, formats and CTAs to improve CTR, conversion and engagement.
  • Ensure a coherent tone of voice across all (digital) touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Benchmarking against market & competitor activities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Consistency

  • Bring outofthebox ideas, challenge the status quo and propose new formats, strategy and approaches.
  • Connect campaigns, projects and initiatives to ensure endtoend journey consistency across channels.
  • Actively contribute to campaign concepting, content strategy and journey design.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Use insights from Semrush, Google, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, dashboards and A/B testing to refine and improve content performance.
  • Build and maintain a reporting mindset: share learnings, identify improvement opportunities and feed insights back into squads and stakeholders.
  • Track content performance across the funnel and help steer optimizations where they matter most.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work as a true team player, collaborating seamlessly with CRO, media, marketing, UX, product and legal stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders proactively, including constructively challenging legal when needed to balance compliance and performance.
  • Share best practices and trends and help raise the overall digital maturity of the team.

We look for

  • Strong digital experience across multiple channels, understanding how channels complement each other.
  • A creative, datadriven optimizer who thrives on experimentation and continuous learning, with a clear client/user-focus.
  • At least 5 years experience in digital sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, content management and/or innovation and a strong belief that digital is the way forward
  • Feel comfortable with analytical tools like Semrush, Adobe Analytics and Adobe experience platform, Google dashboards, keywords research & implementation, writing skills
  • B2B expertise / background is preferred, but not a must
  • You love collaborating with different people and working within an international context
  • You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems
  • You hold a Masters degree or are qualified with relevant experience
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
