Full Job Description

You will join a selfcoordinating Customer Loyalty Team (CLT) operating in line with the ING One Agile Way of Working. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will be responsible for responding to business needs across the full operational lifecycle of the lending portfolio. The role focuses on delivering a highquality, clientfocused and controlconscious product by managing operational processes and identifying workflow issues as they arise.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret syndicated and bilateral, multiproduct loan agreements and related documentation from an operational and technical perspective, ensuring adherence to ING standards and the latest LMA/LSTA templates.

  • Perform deal intake and maintenance in LoanIQ, ensuring all deal and facility data is accurately reflected and the highest standards of data quality are maintained.

  • Proactively manage daytoday workflows and queries, working closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Global Services & Operations (GSO) hubs.

  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining a robust control environment and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, delivering accurate, highquality outputs within agreed timeframes.

  • Identify potential capacity or operational risks, strictly follow established controls and procedures, and promptly escalate issues where required to minimise error costs and operational lapses.

  • Fulfil internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Continuously review daily procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

  • Participate in projectrelated activities, ensuring timely delivery of inputs and achievement of all key milestones and deadlines.

How to Succeed in This Role

  • Relevant experience in a financial service with extensive knowledge of endtoend ownership of loan execution.

  • Strong exposure to deal structures, regional stakeholders, and the full loan lifecycle

  • Experience interpreting loan documentationparticularly from a frontoffice or lending backgroundis key to delivering highquality operational outcomes.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with global stakeholders across different business lines and locations
