The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 17 500 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have extensive experience in Data Management and knowledge of Data Solutions (E.g. Data Warehousing, Data Catalogue, Data Modelling, Data Lineage),
  • have been working with risk data,
  • have excellent stakeholder management skills,
  • are able to proactively and independently identify problems, analyse key information and make connections, in order to bring solutions to senior management,
  • are a hands-on reliable executor,
  • have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English,
  • have multicultural mind-set and a highly customer-focused outlook.

You'll get extra points for:

  • statistical modelling experience,
  • experience in working in a large (international) organization spanning multiple segments and locations, dealing with global operating models and deployment across countries and/or hubs.

English level: C1

Your responsibilities:

  • implement data governance procedures using state of the art data management practices on data deliveries products for risk area,
  • analyse the data requirements and design reliable data (and meta-data) solutions in risk area,
  • ensure integrated end to end data deliveries towards our programs and functions in close alignment with the data consumers/report owners of these programs and (local) data suppliers,
  • support COO Risk programs with consultancy on solution design and data modelling expertise,
  • communicate effectively, in which you can adapt your style and the content of your communication to the needs of others you work with. You always pay attention to the input and opinions of others,
  • have a customer focus, where you build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions,
  • be organizational savvy, you manoeuvre easily through complex policies, processes and people-related organizational dynamics across ING,
  • look ahead, you show a strategic mindset, and you find future opportunities which you can translate into concrete strategies.

Information about the squad:

You will be part of the Data Navigation team. This is a part of Risk Hub a business unit which main aim is to shape the future of risk modelling and data analysis in Poland. We are also part of global, cross-location tribe Risk Data, we have colleagues in Amsterdam, Warsaw and Manila.

You will play a role of Data Management Expert, closely cooperating with another experts with similar position, working on producing and maintaining data (and meta-data) management solutionts within the organisation. You will work closely with other data teams, model development, methodology team and other stakeholders. You will report to Product Lead Core Data Capabilities.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Data Management Expert III.
