Network Builder and Growth Accelerator in the AgriFood Sector
As a Banker Food & Agri, you are the face of the bank within your region and sector. You actively develop your market, build a strong network, and convert commercial opportunities into sustainable customer relationships. You are at once a business developer, trusted advisor, and financial sparring partner for entrepreneurs across the agrifood value chain.

Your Role
Actively develop and expand your client portfolio through prospecting, networking, and market initiatives
Be present in the sector through client visits, events, trade fairs, and professional networks
Detect commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete financial solutions
Advise on loans, investments, and working capital
Advise on deposits, cash management, payments, and payment solutions
Structure and defend more complex credit files
Promote digital channels for daytoday banking
Work closely with colleagues and specialists within Business Banking
Actively pass on leads to Personal & Private Banking
Your Profile
A true team player
Masters degree or equivalent commercial experience
Clear affinity with or strong interest in the agricultural and/or food sector
Energised by networking, prospecting, and acquisition
Strong financial insight and the ability to translate this clearly to entrepreneurs
Strong communicator: convincing and professional
Wellstructured and comfortable with digital tools
Focused on longterm relationships and prospecting
