This role is ideal for an HR professional who wants to deepen their expertise and take full ownership of their work in an ambitious yet informal environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to build hands-on experience across a broad range of responsibilities while becoming a true specialist in their field. Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork
  • Coordinate logistics around expat hires
  • Manage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records
  • HR data management (data entry in Workday)
  • Assist in Benefits administration
  • Organize HR events
  • Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues
  • Coordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression
  • Ad-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale-up environment
  • Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization
  • Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively
  • Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
  • Great stakeholder management skills and team player
  • Autonomous with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Adaptability in adjusting to rapidly changing environment and course of action.
