Role Overview
The Fulfilment Operations Junior Specialist role sits within the Data & Analytics (D&A) division, which is responsible for delivering, packaging, and supporting the sales of wholesale market data derived from TP ICAPs broking activities. This data is provided to a wide range of financial institutions, including information vendors, specialist providers, and investment banks. Reporting to the Fulfilment Operations Manager, the analyst supports the Global Sales and Channel Management teams by executing operational tasks that ensure accurate and timely data delivery. The team acts as a central hub for operational support, enabling commercial teams to focus on revenue generation.

Role Responsibilities
Coverage Check Delivery
Conduct market coverage checks (current and historical) for all commercialized data streams.
Support tools used for market coverage validation and reporting.
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure static data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Historical Data Delivery:
Extract and prepare historical datasets (tick-by-tick, snap) for internal analysis and client delivery.
Collaborate with Data Science/Engineer to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Implement Permissioning Access
Execute permissioning requests at major market data vendors (Bloomberg and Refinitiv) using proprietary applications.
Execute permissioning requests for direct feed (SnowFlake).
Mine alternate data sources to identify potential leads and opportunities via ERQS
Commercial Support
Collaborate closely with Sales to understand client requirements.
Provide operational orientation for new Sales staff, including introductions to tools, teams, and processes.
Compile reports on data trials, inhibits, and permissions for Go-To Market teams.
Escalate and resolve operational issues encountered by commercial teams.
General Duties
Maintain the distribution lists for Broker and Price Reporting for all E&C and other asset classes within the TPICAP products.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Fulfilment Operations leadership.
Experience / Competencies
Essential
Ability or experience that qualifies the candidate to perform set duties with guidance and supervision.
Desired
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ Years experience in Fulfilment Operations or similar or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills (e.g. xLookUps, GET, MATCH formulas).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, real time data environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication and escalation practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Ability to work in permanent US hours.
Flexibility to rotate to other shifts, including APAC and EMEA, as business needs arise.
Flexibility to work on Philippines holidays and occasional overtime.
Proven experience in market data operations, particularly with Bloomberg and Refinitiv platforms.
Experience in market data operations or financial services.
Strong understanding of financial markets and data.
Proficiency in technical script writing is advantageous (Python, SQL, Snowflake, Thoughspot).
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
