We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President 1, Industrials.

The candidate will act as the central day-to-day leader on deals, bridging senior bankers and junior staff. He will lead transaction execution, manage client relationships, drive financial modeling/valuation, and create pitch books.

In this role you will:

  • Transaction Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Deal Sourcing & Pitching: Lead the development of pitch books, information memoranda, and presentations to win new business.
  • Modeling & Analysis: Oversee complex valuation analysis, including LBO, DCF, and comparable company analysis.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with client senior executives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor associates and analysts, reviewing their work and conducting training.
  • Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process and manage transaction documentation.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience: Solid experience in investment banking.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, valuation, and M&A structures.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for client presentations and negotiating transaction terms
