Over the course of four days, you’ll get to:

• Spend time with our managers, build your network, learn about different roles and see our offices
• Show your skills and passion during interactive learning sessions, skills workshops, work shadowing and real-life case studies
• Discover how different teams and divisions work together within Global Banking & Markets to deliver great customer experiences and help HSBC grow
• Learn how to apply the skills you gained at university to the world of investment banking
• Explore the roles that exist within Global Banking & Markets, particularly those with a requirement for the skills developed on STEM degrees
• Meet with senior leaders, graduates and members of our Employee Resource Groups to ask questions, network and build relationships
• Hear from some of our Diversity and Inclusion networks and support groups, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the they work they do to support under-represented groups at HSBC
• Determine whether a career in investment banking would suit you. And if it would, how to take the next step
