UK Degree Apprenticeship

The primary responsibilities include participating in rotational work experiences across HSBC's business areas, spending 80% of time in a professional role and 20% studying towards an undergraduate qualification. Apprentices will take on real responsibilities from day one and gain practical exposure to different teams and business functions.

Required experience includes being a school or college leaver with minimum academic qualifications: 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (including Maths and English), minimum 96 UCAS Points, and demonstrating motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be fluent in English.
