To lead the Taiwan CTO Technology function, providing strategic and operational technology leadership to ensure resilient, secure, and compliant CTO services, while strengthening governance, market oversight, and alignment between local, regional, and global technology and business stakeholders. Accountable for the delivery, governance, and transformation of CTO Technology services and change portfolio in Taiwan, ensuring alignment with Group standards, regulatory requirements, technology strategy, and budget. Responsible for service resilience, risk management, and successful execution of CTO initiatives across the market. • Lead and manage the Taiwan CTO Technology team, delivering CTO services, products, and change initiatives to agreed time, cost, and quality. • Govern the CTO change and programme portfolio, ensuring effective prioritisation, reporting, and alignment with target architecture and Group standards. • Ensure operational risk, controls, security, and regulatory compliance are effectively implemented and monitored. • Partner with CTOi Asia & Middle East and regional peers to deliver resilient infrastructure, cloud, end-user computing, connectivity, and service management. • Drive technology transformation, including Agile and DevOps adoption, to realise efficiency and cost-saving targets. • Oversee service performance, incident management, problem resolution, and remediation for locally owned applications and services. • Manage CTO financial planning and budgets, establishing metrics to support governance, reporting, and decision-making. • Proven senior technology leadership experience, with strong ability to lead engineering and operations-focused technology functions. • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with gravitas to engage and advise senior executives across a matrix organisation. • Strong knowledge of technology platforms, infrastructure, security, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to provide strategic technology consultancy. • Demonstrated experience in portfolio governance, large-scale change delivery, and financial planning in complex organisations. • Sound judgement with the ability to balance business priorities, technology strategy, Group standards, regulatory requirements, and people needs. • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and concisely. • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
