We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert - Settlements Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Process checker and maker when appropriate
  • Deals with more complex items and investigations
  • Escalating any concerns promptly
  • Handles escalations
  • Transfers their knowledge and advice to other members of the team
  • Provides timely & accurate responses to any inquiries raised by internal or external stakeholders
  • Identifies process improvements and drives change within the team
  • Pro-active in anticipating any issues
  • Good working relationship with colleagues within both Onshore and Offshore Teams

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in Securities Operations/Settlement life cycle
  • Knowledge in Franco processing and Structured Products will be an added advantage
  • University graduate/degree holder
  • Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good numerical abilities

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
