Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sourcing Strategy Partner.

Role Purpose

Sourcing Strategy Partner plays a pivotal role within Talent Solutions, acting as the strategic enabler between global sourcing operations and enterprise wide talent priorities, codifying how and where to source each priority skill. This role is responsible for defining sourcing blueprints for priority talent segments, determining the most effective channels, narratives, and conversion strategies to attract and engage quality talent in competitive markets. By embedding insights, intelligence and best in class sourcing frameworks, the role will help sourcing teams deliver stronger pipelines, faster while amplifying our employer brand and deepening market connectivity with passive talent.

In this role you will need:

  • Define sourcing strategies / platforms for critical talent segments based on market, cost, and availability insights; Build data-driven sourcing playbooks and blueprints that outline where and how to find high-quality talent across markets
  • Partner with Talent Intelligence and Employer Brand teams to integrate market mapping and EVP messaging into sourcing frameworks; Translate external market intelligence into actionable sourcing strategies — including talent flow trends, competitor benchmarks, and channel performance analytics
  • Maintain a dynamic view of the global sourcing ecosystem (job boards, communities, social platforms, niche forums, talent marketplaces); Coach and enable sourcing associates and recruiters on modern sourcing techniques, outreach messaging, and channel optimisation.
  • Develop toolkits, training modules, and sourcing templates to standardise excellence across sourcing hubs; Partner with Workforce Fulfilment and Talent Intelligence to align sourcing priorities with demand forecasts
  • Shape differentiated EVP narratives and outreach strategies tailored to critical skill groups and geographies; Partner with Brand and Marketing to test and refine messaging effectiveness across sourcing channels
  • Help design nurture campaigns to convert passive talent into active leads through consistent engagement; Define sourcing KPIs (conversion rates, time-to-pipeline, engagement metrics, source-of-hire quality)
  • Leverage AI-enabled insights and sourcing automation tools to continuously improve efficiency and targeting precision; Monitor ROI of channels and campaigns to inform investment decisions and optimise spend
  • Align attraction messaging with persona insights and market trends, collaborating on events / candidate pipeline management; Integrate sourcing and market intelligence into long term capability and location planning; Use sourcing strategy playbooks and insights to influence workforce fulfilment strategies, increasing speed and reducing cost

To be successful you will need:

  • Deep understanding of talent sourcing ecosystems, digital channels, and the future of candidate engagement; Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools, CRM/talent pooling platforms, and recruitment marketing technology
  • Prior experience in or exposure to a Centre of Expertise or shared services environment in a large, matrix organization; Strong ability to interpret talent intelligence and labour market data into actionable sourcing strategies
  • Skilled at influencing across boundaries — from global sourcing teams to employer brand, data, and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey sourcing strategy to both senior stakeholders and sourcing practitioners
  • Passion for experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement
  • Experience building sourcing playbooks, enablement frameworks, and learning content for distributed sourcing teams
