In this role, you will:
- This role is responsible for managing GTRF products – Core Trade, Guarantees, Open Account, Supply Chain, and Receivable Finance– for China.
- Identify the new business opportunities that can satisfy customer needs and expand market share, navigate regulatory, geo and economic changes and direct to best interest of GTRF business.
- Responsibilities include managing product innovation, product pricing, implementing the relevant product governance policy, proactively leading and supporting product development initiatives, including deployment of new platforms and E-Channel functionality.
- Providing product expertise to the BD Teams, RMs and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include provide training to front-line, assisting in understanding and ensuring a high quality of customer experience and a success in commercialization of new proposition and solution.
- Work with key placeholders including GTS internal function, IT, Risk, Host, Implementation to set up tools and processes as required to enable proposition and structure launch and deliver KEY commercial revenues.
- Good and thorough understanding in Regulatory evolvement landscape, navigate the journey of regulations change, precise interpretation and directive to translate into good opportunity and benefits for banks.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- This role requires a strong knowledge of Trade and its underlying risks, an ability to commercialize the product propositions and generate incremental revenues in collaboration with Ops, BD and RM stakeholders.
- The incumbent must have 8-12 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and can work under time pressures.
- Negotiation skills and successful teamwork across various disciplines will add significant value to the success of this role.
- Positive attitude.
- Calculated risk basis decision making ability.
