Senior Card and Loans Officer

Hang Seng's Customer Contact Centre has been ranked one of the best phone banking service providers for consecutive years. Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Senior Card and Loans Officer, reporting to Card and Loans Manager

Principal responsibilities

• Provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels
• Promote loan / insurance products when customers need is being identified to reach the sales achievement for the department
• Contribute to the achieving the sections service and sales objectives
• Timely respond to customers feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience
• Assist team head to review and allocate the resources so as to optimize the team productivity
• Identify the potential improvement areas to enhance the work efficiency
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects
• Ensure all processes of the team comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
• Willing to work on flexi-hours
• Proven experience in Retails Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business
• Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Card and Loans officer)
