We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Distribution Training.
In this role you will need:
- Support Senior Trainers in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions for the sales force.
- Focus on basic training on the sales advisory process and system, regulatory requirements (specifically Fair Dealing Guidelines and Culture & Conduct), sales skills, and technical knowledge (underwriting, claims, etc.)
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new reps by working with external vendors to provide the necessary CMFAS tutorials to help them pass their industry exams.
- Support channel engagement initiatives to drive change, such as the adoption of new processes, new company/industry guidelines and requirements, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on post-training outcomes
- Payment of service rendered by external training vendors
- Working with the Competency Standards team to ensure mandatory training is conducted, tracked, and documented according to standard operating procedures.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated sales experience within the financial planning sector, supported by relevant industry certifications (i.e. M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8, M8A)
- Proven experience in delivering distribution-focused training programmes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders
