We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Global India & Expat, Private Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of HNWI clients, ensuring appropriate administrative support.
  • Provide full-service banking by marketing and delivering relevant HSBC products and services.
    • Grow portfolio profitability through targeted acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and driving Net New Money and revenue across appropriate banking and wealth solutions.
  • Deepen existing relationships to grow AUM, revenue, and net new money (NNM) inflows.
  • Partner with the Platform Manager to clear pending items, improve quality, and resolve issues.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding cross-border needs and maintaining a strong client contact plan.
  • Manage end-to-end client journey: onboarding, documentation, account maintenance, transaction support, and query resolutionowning delivery and keeping turnaround times tight.
    • Maintain robust controls: suitability, KYC/AML, documentation quality, and transparent client communicationstaking responsibility for compliant outcomes and escalating issues early.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Proven experience in relationship management experience in banking, with end-to-end ownership of client portfolios and senior client engagement.
    • Demonstrated track record in asset gathering, AUM growth and revenue generation, with disciplined pipeline management and conversion focus.
    • Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation capability to structure winwin solutions, retain assets, and deepen share of wallet
    • Highly developed communication skills for direct client contact, stakeholder management and issue resolution, backed by a strong customer service mindset.
    • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products, supported by strong financial/statistical analysis skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving to tailor portfolio recommendations.
    • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
