Design, develop, and iterate the product construct for various embedded lending and point of sale finance offerings, including loan terms, credit limits, and repayment options, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, retail sector characteristics and customer needs (including responding to RFP's from retail partners) Proven experience in product management within financial services, ideally with a focus on embedded lending, point of sale finance, or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products Strong understanding of market dynamics in Point of Sale/Embedded Lending, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning; experience working with merchants, partners, or B2B clients to develop customized lending solutions that meet both customer and business needs An understanding of current and future regulatory environment relating to point of sale finance Knowledge of credit risk, underwriting practices, and regulatory requirements specific to POS financing and embedded lending Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications and user stories This role is based in Birmingham, Leeds, Chester, Sheffield or London.
