Were currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Yorkshire regional team in the role of Private Banker.
Youll primarily provide wealth management services to High-Net-Worth individuals and generate new Assets Under Management, as well as increase share of wallet for existing clients with the goal of increasing overall portfolio revenues. The expected target market for will be UK Resident and UK Domiciled clients with investable assets of between 5-50 million.
If you have experience managing relationships with Private Banking or Wealth Management clients within the target market, this is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful role in deepening client relationships, as well as bringing on board new clients.

In this role youll:
- Provide full-service banking and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals through the marketing of our Private Bank services
- Generate new Assets Under Management and increase overall portfolio revenues through growing share of wallet from existing clients
- Work closely alongside the Senior Relationship Manager who will oversee the overall client relationship. There will be requirement to undertake client meetings independently and deliver investment suitability reviews, performance conversations, and undertake initial pitch discussions
- Collaborate with the Investment Specialist to ensure the clients objectives are met through the portfolio allocation. Ensure clients understand and are aware of their level of risk
- Identify opportunities to meet the credit needs of clients seeking secured and unsecured loans for a variety of purposes
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven Relationship Management and an Investment Advisory track record gained within a UK Private Banking environment, specifically in terms of pitching investment capabilities to clients - essential
- Excellent and demonstrable working knowledge of discretionary investment product solutions - essential
- Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments Level 4 or Investment Advice Diploma qualified - essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven ability to manage the demands of senior internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across the Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region to visit clients either with another team member or independently
