Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Portfolio and Ecosystem Growth.
In this role you will
- Develop and execute the overarching growth strategy for merchant portfolio and broader ecosystem, aligning with company-wide revenue, customer growth and other business goals.
- Identifying, buidling and nuturing partnership with merchants, banks, payment processors and other finance service providers. Priotize and pursue high-potential verticals, segments with stong understanding of the merchant networks in Hong Kong.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform acquisition tactics and target audience segmentation.
- Work with senior leadership to manage budgets and optimize the campaign performances with regular reporting and deep data analysis
- Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for the features that drive adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the CLCM, Marketing, Product, Data teams to ensure that all ecoystem initiatives to meet customer needs
To be successful you will need
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, FInance, or related field
- 5+ yers of progressive experience in a strategic growth, ecosystem partner management, business developement in the mobile payments, Internet (App) or financial serives industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that direcly resulted in measurable revenue growth, user acuqistions or retentions.
- Demonstrate understanding of P&L, forecasting, and transaction or user data for making a data-driven decision
- Proven ability to negotiate high-stakes partnerships with ability to structure complex deals, model financial outcomes, and deliver value to all parties
- A natural collaborator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- A genuine passion for building and nuturing long-term, strategic relationship with partners and merchants
- A driver personality with a sense of urgency to get things done, and finding creative solutions to challenging problems
