Join our team as a Corporate Employee Banker- Mobile Sales Force in Intl Wealth Premier Banking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank Targets.
  • Selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers.
  • Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Handling customer-related problems and complaints
  • Being able to work individually or in a team.
  • Always comply to HSBC rules
  • Develop a collaborative environment with all members of sales team

Qualifications:

Qualification & Desired candidate

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA
  • Min 2years experience as sales force in financial industry
  • Financial literate with wide understanding on banks product range asset, liabilities and investment.
  • Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable banks product to meet their financial
  • Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
  • Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work
  • Able to communicate well in English and local languages.

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
