We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner,Technology Centres.

Principal responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process of Leadership (GCB3) level hires, including direct talent identification, sourcing, engagement, shortlisting and offer management.
- Lead complex Leadership (GCB3) level talent acquisition projects, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing talent insights, market intelligence and guidance on talent acquisition best-practices.
- Collaborate with dedicated research & sourcing teams and colleagues to identify and engage external and internal talent.
- Champion diversity-focused hiring strategies, ensuring the inclusion of under-represented talent in candidate shortlists and talent-pipelines.
- Develop and maintain a detailed view of internal and external talent landscapes, providing specialist insights to inform hiring and succession planning strategies.
- Build, nurture and maintain long-term talent pipelines for leadership hiring, leveraging external and internal networks.
- Develop and deliver regular reporting on key Leadership level hiring performance metrics to the Global Executive & Leadership TA Lead, and other stakeholders as required.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions Leadership (GCB3) level roles, including direct external search execution, in fast paced environments, either in-house or in leading executive search or recruitment agencies.
- Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire diverse talent.
- Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving goals and high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities and challenges, whilst taking ownership to drive solutions and maintain accountability for results.
- Skilled in building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor to align talent acquisition efforts with business/organisational objectives.
- Confident working in complex, fast-changing environments, using sound judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Working with teams and stakeholders to get things done together at pace.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and multiple stakeholder priorities with composure and clear, solutions-driven thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
