Role purpose

The Tech Lead has niche skills and they are responsible for overseeing the development, testing and implementation of the overall solutions for the business that leverage our technology.

The Tech Lead job is responsible for providing subject expertise and guidance alongside the engineering function.

Tech Lead has expert knowledge in one or more specific business domains products or applications.

Main activities

This role will carry out some or all the following activities:

Experience in managing teams, working with central teams in English language and vast experience in all project stages, knowledge in Jira, Clarity, Agile Framework, DB, Cloud GCP.

Teams management in different time zones.

English Advanced level speaking and writing.

Responsible for providing functional expertise for issue resolution.
Responsible for management of front to back functional flows.
Expert knowledge of data extraction and analytical tools required for subject matter.
Responsible for encouraging the culture of domain understanding within the team.
Responsible for taking lead in requirement and testing drives.
Responsible for helping product owner to define the acceptance criteria as per customer requirements.
Responsible for taking lead in resolving production incidents from functional point of view.
Responsible for stakeholder management and building an active, healthy relationship with the business.
Responsible for mentoring and providing necessary subject matter expertise to the team when required.
Responsible for assuring resilience and governing adherence to controls.
Proactively taking lead for any application/functional fixes or wherever functional involvement would help them
Responsible for knowledge transfer on subject matter expertise by writing nimble blogs and sharing best practices.

Provide expertise and guidance to project teams, managers and other stakeholders on specific technical topics.

Collaborate with business analysts and other roles to define the technical and functional requirements of a project or product.

Requirements

• Experience all project stages, managing and coordinating multicultural teams.
• knowledge in Jira, Clarity, Agile Framework, DB SQL, Cloud GCP, APIs management.
• Experience as a Technical Lead and in managing work teams in development environments, including Java and Mainframe.
• Teams management in different time zones.
• English Advanced level speaking and writing.
• Ensure that technical deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements
