We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an IC Analyst.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end trade order process, placing trade orders and liaising with the execution desk
  • Ability to understand and work across asset classes including Equity, Bonds, FX, Funds, Discretionary Programmes and Alternatives
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of various asset classes, product risk, suitability and sales procedures
  • Capable in collaborating with Relationship Managers, Product Teams and Operation Teams to ensure seamless trade execution and post-sales services
  • Ensure all client-related activities are compliant with HSBC internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Monitor client portfolios for adherence to investment mandates, risk levels and client objectives
  • Prepare investment materials, pitch books and regular portfolio review materials, using data visualization to create performance reports for client meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client queries related to their investment needs and portfolios
  • Assist Relationship Managers and Investor Counsellors in cultivating client relationships by providing prompt response in clients trading and investment activities

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in trade execution and order placing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of public and private markets
  • Hands-on experience with market data terminals
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to deliver accurate and consistent work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, quick learner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a client-centric mindset
