We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Executive Assistant.

In this role you will:

  • Provide executive secretarial and administrative support to the Global Head of Agency Lending and Liquidity Services, and Global Head of Non-Financial Risk Securities Services. This includes but not limited to travel arrangements, expense submissions and calendar management.
  • Organizing schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders, including AMH management and regulators
  • Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents, such as business plans
  • Managing external relationships and service providers, including the management of the invoicing and payment authorisations.
  • Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for key stakeholders
  • Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities
  • Provide full secretarial support and assist the team with any other administration support as required
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers and attend to matters relating to the work of the team
  • Maintain effective and efficient communication in department and across stakeholders
  • Support on ad hoc projects, including PowerPoint presentations and initiatives as required
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

To be successful you will need:

  • University Degree or Diploma Holder
  • Solid number years of working experience in providing Secretarial supports within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance settings
  • Strong familiarity and knowledge in communicating and working with Executive Management and Senior Executives
  • Well Organized and Attention to Details
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Articulate in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
