We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Subject Matter Expert - ServiceNow

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with global process owners and key stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Create Agile user stories based on these requirements, translating them into technical specifications and log them into the development backlog.
  • Conduct gap analysis to assess current and future states.
  • Design workflows, processes and solutions that can be implemented in ServiceNow and that meet business needs.
  • Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritise the backlog and manage sprint planning.
  • Work the developers and architects to ensure the correct implementation of requirements. Improve User Experience of the ServiceNow platform
  • Identify process, UI/UX and data improvements and work towards implementing these to completion. Provide product demonstrations to stakeholders and assist with training and communications.
  • Overall responsibility for supervising a department or a business unit/area team or manages delivery for most complex assignments.Motivates matrix groups of peer stakeholders
  • Drives success and delivery from the Global Procurement Architecture teamThought leadership on how the Global Procurement data architecture can solve business issues

To be successful you will:

  • Expert in ServiceNow implementations. Preferably this would be within a banking environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of a range of ServiceNow modules, ideally Sourcing and Procurement Operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working under pressure, at pace, and to strict deadlines
