Job Description

  • Provide a high level of service to customers, working quickly and smartly with customer instructions, whilst minimizing operational errors, through pre-processing of documents and preparation of outgoing letters and documents. Having oversight of the work in progress, to ensure all instructions are processed on time.
  • Liaison with internal and external customers on non-routine matters via our client services telephony team, as appropriate.
  • Ensure our customers always receive a quality service.
