Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Corporate Services Manager.
In this role you will need:
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews to ensure service levels and cost control.
- Process purchases, orders, and invoices for provided services.
- Develop and implement gifting strategies to strengthen customer relationships, employee recognition, and partner engagement.
- Select vendors for high-quality, brand-aligned gifts.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyse programme effectiveness and engagement.
- Oversee uniform management, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts for cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Supervise inventory, sizing, distribution, and new hire allocations/returns.
- Establish and communicate clear policies for uniform wear and maintenance.
- Manage stationery and pantry suppliers, maintaining adequate stock and minimising waste.
- Ensure streamlined ordering systems for departmental requests.
- Manage vendors for regular floral and hamper arrangements.
- Ensure services meet agreed standards and service levels.
- Lead festive decoration projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to minimise disruption and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage annual budgets for all corporate services.
- Track expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget performance.
- Maintain and update the intranet to promote corporate services and offerings.
To be successful you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in administrative or vendor management roles, with a focus on service delivery.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management expertise.
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, cost analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Excellent judgement and brand awareness.
- High attention to detail in service delivery.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with vendors and stakeholders.
