We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Asst. Manager, Digital Innovation and Transformation

In this role, you will:

• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Applications, Power Automate) to enhance business intelligence capabilities, create automation workflows, and improve data processes as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Alteryx based automation solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core User interface Path components including User interface Path Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. Strong proficiency in programming concepts, with specific experience in languages like Python, often used for complex automations and integrations.
• Automation Frameworks: Experience in using the User interface Path Robotic Enterprise Framework for building scalable and maintainable processes.
• Ability to integrate Robotic Process Automation solutions with other systems and technologies using Application programming interfaces , Structured Query Language databases
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies for project delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and develop BI solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Hands-on experience with debugging, unit testing, and resolving issues in existing Robotic Process Automation processes.Ability to create and maintain technical design documents and process design documents.

To be successful you will:

• Bachelor’s in Technology or equivalent with minimum one to two years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Structured Query Language for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform , Robotic Process Automation , Extract Transform Load(Alteryx)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
