We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Sales Quality.

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, and conducting quality control checking
  • Managing various sales quality reports
  • Developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Company's standards are fully complied with
  • Ensuring focused leadership across the business, to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience
  • Promoting, fostering and monitoring sales compliance and sales integrity
  • Providing recommendations, to improve and streamline the operation flow of the front sales office and other relevant business units
  • Providing the team management with required management information, in order to inform decision making
  • Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring his/her own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

To be successful you will need:

  • Relevant experience in financial industry; Preferably possess insurance qualifications, e.g. M5, M9 & M9A
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous and has an eye for details
  • Proactive, resourceful and takes initiative, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
