- Sourcing new accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank Targets.
- Selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers.
- Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Handling customer-related problems and complaints
- Being able to work individually or in a team.
- Always comply to HSBC rules
- Develop a collaborative environment with all members of sales team
- Graduate/ Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA
- Min 2years experience as sales force in financial industry
- Financial literate with wide understanding on banks product range asset, liabilities and investment.

- Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
