Job Introduction

The role will be responsible for driving branch-level marketing and networking initiatives, ensuring consistent brand presence and effective local engagement across HSBC branches. The candidate will act as a central marketing SPOC for branches, manage agencies and vendors, oversee collateral deployment, and support execution of key marketing projects aligned with HSBC’s brand and business objectives.

This role requires strong coordination skills, on-ground understanding, stakeholder management, and disciplined execution.

Principal Responsibilities: -

1. Branch Marketing & Networking

  • Own and execute branch-level marketing initiatives across formats such as:
    • Local networking events
    • Customer engagement activities
    • Community and partner-led activations
  • Work closely with branch teams, cluster heads, and regional stakeholders to understand local requirements and translate them into marketing solutions.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with HSBC brand guidelines, compliance norms, and business priorities.
  • Support branches with customized marketing plans where required.

2. Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage end-to-end coordination with the agencies.
  • Own vendor onboarding, briefing, timelines, cost management, and quality control.
  • Track deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and support cost efficiencies without compromising brand quality.

3. Collateral Management (Pan-Branch)

  • Oversee the deployment of marketing collaterals across branches including:
    • In-branch branding
    • Campaign-specific assets
    • Look & Feel of the branches
  • Ensure brand consistency and hygiene across all branch touchpoints.

Maintain inventory visibility and reprint planning where required

Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, Mass Media, Business, Economics, or similar).
  • Preference for graduates from top-tier institutions with strong academic performance.
  • Professional certifications (Brand Management, Events, Digital Marketing, etc.) are a plus
