  1. 提供顧客優質服務, 支援並與理財業務團隊合作以達成各項績效指標

  4. 處理帳戶服務, 貸款作業, 及現金/非現金交易
  5. 處理客戶服務相關問題
  6. 減少臨櫃交易並增加自動化系統交易處理比例

Skills Requirements:

  • 大專以上畢
  • 具金融業服務經驗者
  • 需具備英文基本溝通能力
  • 積極主動、有業務潛質

  1. 須具備信託業務人員、金融市場常識與職業道德證照
