Basic Qualifications

  • Major in one of the following: Accounting, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar field with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028

  • Strong command of at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++), specifically as it relates to the aggregation and analysis of data

  • Prior coursework or other experience in relational database management systems

  • Prior coursework or other experience in Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel

  • Prior coursework or work experience in Alteryx or Tableau Prep

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Experience in, or a working knowledge of R, VBA, Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus

DVC professionals work closely with our due diligence and valuation experts and investment banking teams. As a professional in the group, you will be teamed with highly talented and dedicated M&A professionals in various industry groups including Industrials, Healthcare, Technology, Business Services, and Consumer, Food & Retail (CFR) groups. This opportunity provides you broad exposure to different transactional issues affecting businesses in an M&A environment.

Candidates with a major or minor in an Accounting or Finance field along with a major or minor in a Computer Science or Data Science related field who have an interest in using these two skillsets are strongly encouraged to apply.
