In this highly visible role, you will be immediately additive to our team, driving the execution of premier, primarily sell-side M&A transactions. This is a unique opportunity to elevate your career, build deep industry relationships, and lead high-performing teams at a market-leading firm.

Job Description
As a Vice President, you will go beyond the numbers to craft the strategic narrative of our deals. You will serve as a vital leader on our deal teams, acting as the primary engine for transaction execution.

  • Deal Execution & Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions, coordinating intensive business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase of the deal lifecycle.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Oversee the creation of premier marketing collateral, confidential information presentations, and management pitches that compellingly articulate our clients' unique value propositions.

  • Financial Command: Lead complex valuation and ad hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless execution of historical and projected financial modeling.

  • Client Advisory: Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C-suite clients, prospective clients, and key professional advisors in the Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space.

  • Team Mentorship: Serve as a cornerstone of our groups culture by supervising, mentoring, and developing our talented junior bankers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience with a proven track record of hands-on M&A execution (transaction experience within the Healthcare industry is highly preferred).

  • Technical Acumen: Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and extensive experience with complex financial modeling and valuation methodologies.

  • Education: An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution.

  • Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills; you are comfortable owning the room and presenting to senior executives and boards.

  • Execution Focus: A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple high-stakes project deliverables simultaneously.
