As a Financial Analyst, you will provide critical support across transactions, gaining comprehensive exposure to diverse debt products and financing structures like bank debt, senior loans, second-lien financings, unitranches, mezzanine debt, and equity. You will help analyze financial statements, develop financial models, and research economic conditions and industry-specific developments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record from a top university, 0-3 years of relevant experience, solid understanding of corporate finance principles, exceptional quantitative skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Advanced financial modeling experience, understanding of debt markets, and capital structures are crucial. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
