The Opportunity

Fr unser wachsendes Team in Dsseldorf suchen wir Rechtsanwlte (m/w/d) im Steuerrecht (Tax).

Unser Tax-Team bert in allen Bereichen des Unternehmenssteuerrechts. Insbesondere begleiten wir Mandaten bei Unternehmenskufen, -verkufen oder -zusammenschlssen, bei Kapitalmarkttransaktionen und Finanzierungen. Wir beraten auerdem zu steuerlichen Aspekten bei internen Untersuchungen, im Bereich Compliance sowie bei Auseinandersetzungen vor Gerichten oder in Schiedsverfahren.

Das erwartet Sie:

• Sie haben berdurchschnittliche Qualifikationen

• Sie verfgen ber steuerrechtliche Kenntnisse, sind bereits Steuerberater (m/w/d) oder streben diese Qualifikation an
