The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our Sydney team, supporting the Pricing Manager and working closely with legal and business teams across Australia. This role plays a key part in delivering data-driven pricing solutions, supporting financial performance, and enabling informed commercial decision-making.

What youll do:

• Support Pricing Managers with day-to-day pricing initiatives and tactical opportunities
• Undertake data analysis and financial modelling to inform pricing decisions at client and matter level
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop commercially focused pricing solutions
• Review client fee arrangements to identify opportunities to improve financial performance
• Provide pricing support for tenders and other business opportunities
• Support pricing processes, including approval workflows, annual rate reviews, and database maintenance

What youll bring:

• Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, with an understanding of business economics
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence across Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels
• Experience in a financial, professional services, or similar environment (law firm experience beneficial)
• Exposure to financial systems, Power BI, and interest in AI and emerging technologies is advantageous
