The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our Sydney team, supporting the Pricing Manager and working closely with legal and business teams across Australia. This role plays a key part in delivering data-driven pricing solutions, supporting financial performance, and enabling informed commercial decision-making.
What youll do:
- Support Pricing Managers with day-to-day pricing initiatives and tactical opportunities
- Undertake data analysis and financial modelling to inform pricing decisions at client and matter level
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop commercially focused pricing solutions
- Review client fee arrangements to identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Provide pricing support for tenders and other business opportunities
- Support pricing processes, including approval workflows, annual rate reviews, and database maintenance
What youll bring:
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, with an understanding of business economics
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence across Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in a financial, professional services, or similar environment (law firm experience beneficial)
- Exposure to financial systems, Power BI, and interest in AI and emerging technologies is advantageous
