Senior Unified Communications Engineer responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and operating enterprise voice and unified communications systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams Phone, Teams Devices, SBCs (Ribbon/Audiocodes), UC Gateways and voice recording solutions. Your tasks

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting general enterprise voice and unified communication issues.
  • Implementing complex configuration requirements with the interaction of the UC products in mind.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex Teams Collaboration, Enterprise voice, and Unified Communication issues.
  • Providing technical mentoring to other team members and actively participating in architecture reviews/strategic development activities.
  • Operation and service of Teams Phone System, Teams Devices, SBC (Ribbon / Audiocodes), UC Gateways and Voice Recording (ASC / NICE).
  • Implementing architecture and compliance requirements.
  • Testing and accepting of new products or product adjustments / changes.
  • Planning and implementing
  • Release management.
  • Acting as a Contact person and cooperate with the 2nd level and the Product Owner.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Commerzbank requirements and constant checking for changes.

Your profile

  • In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of Teams Phone System, Teams Devices, SBC (Ribbon / Audiocodes), UC Gateways and Voice Recording (ASC / NICE)
  • Emphasis on Microsoft Office 365 Services such asTeams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint Online with integration of Enterprise Voice
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and some level of experience with network infrastructure/topolog
  • Experience with ticket systems such as HPESM and / or ServiceNow
  • Professional experience in the agile and ITIL environment
