Do you want to advance the further development of the CRM platform Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an agile team? Analyzing the technical requirements of internal customers is your familiar environment? You enjoy implementing new ideas in our team?

We need your active support and input in developing a valuable CRM System, strong integration with other bank systems and infrastructure.

As Cluster Customer Relationship Management (CRM) we support our sales & service units in spending more time with our customers by providing them with the best possible tools. The Cluster is part of Commerzbanks delivery organization where project teams work in a self-organized and flexible manner on their tasks. Each project team takes product responsibility from start to finish, requirement gathering - solution design - software development - testing - operation.

The Cross Functions key area provides processes and systems around customer master data and documents; platforms, portals and banking services for customers and employees as well as CRM and workflow tools. We are therefore an essential enabler for service and product conclusion processes and at the interface to the CIO divisions and sales of the two segments as well as operations, essential for further digitalization and efficiency enhancement at Commerzbank. We continue to develop our technology foundation for secure and stable applications, as well as for the modular and rapid delivery of scalable services and platforms. We are international, diverse, agile, cross-functional, customer- and business-oriented.

Your tasks

As a business expert your tasks will be:

  • Participation in a cell of the CRM cluster using the agile methodology Scrum
  • Support existing and future end-to-end processes and associated IT products
  • Build up the required expertise and, if necessary, pass on know-how to the team in a targeted manner
  • Ensuring product quality in development and operation together with your Team
    Conceptualization of new requirements
  • Analytical, solution-oriented work in the event of application errors
  • Self-responsible support of test and defect management
  • Proactive action in the sense of continuous optimization of the supported applications as well as the team's internal working methods

Your profile

We seek someone with these skills:

  • Technical or IT university degree
  • Experience as a business expert in an agile environment with a strong understanding of digitalization and processes (end-2-end)
  • Knowledge of bank processes
  • Experience with CRM-Systems, ideally MS Dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and SQL queries
  • A high affinity for technologies and infrastructure topics as well as a great interest in technological trends
  • Enthusiasm, team player mentality, change orientation, above-average commitment and high self-initiative
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
