Overview of Role
The primary task of the Trade Support intern is to assist with inputting invoices under the Company into ETRMs. He/She will also ensure that all current invoices are captured in system(s) while extending support to other functions of the Trade Support team in Singapore.

Support pre-validation work flow by ensuring that ETRM data affecting the P&L are aligned with the trade recap.

Ensure contracts / confirmations are received from or sent to CP and e-filing to common drive / ETRM.

Build templates under guidance into the client management systems, or perform testing (if needed) for CLM and other related projects

Ad-hoc administrative tasks (i.e. simple contract drafting)
Register/issue standard invoices in ETRM

Input LC application into external platform and e-filing to common drive / ETRM

Profile
The individual should have the following experience:

Current students pursuing an undergraduate or masters degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
Able to commit to working 4 to 5 times times per week

Must be articulate in oral and written English and Mandarin communication and possess good verbal and written presentation skills
