Full Job Description
We are now working with a US investment bank, who are looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their European M&A team. You will supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of corporate finance deals.
Key Responsibilities
Full member of deal team, working on M&A deals
Complete involvement in transactions from inception to completion
Financial analysis; deal strategy
Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination
Working with senior clients on deal structuring and negotiation
Origination work such as marketing materials
They are looking for people who will have a background as follows;
Investment banking associates from other firms
Manager level + advisors from lead advisory/ M&A teams of major advisory firms
