Investment Banking Analyst, Strategic Advisory, Elite Boutique level firm

Fantastic opportunity to join this incredibly successful Elite Boutique level firm. They have a fantastic rosta of blue chip clients, advising their boards on key corporate finance issues and matters of strategic importance to the firm.

In this role you will..

Work alongside on MDs, advising clients of corporate finance matters

Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as strategic advisory, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs

Deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations

Preparing transaction documentation

The firm works across all industry sectors including consumer, pharma, tech and industrials.

This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain a lot more hands on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level.

They are very interested in meeting Investment Banking Analysts from the corporate finance and investment banking teams of other banks and advisory firms.

The role is aimed at someone with 1 -2 years + M&A experience.
