A fantastic new role has arisen working with a US private equity fund.
They have a fantastic name in the market, and are now looking to add a German speaking Investment Associate to their London team.
The role will involve:
sourcing and originating deals directly investing into European companies
financial modelling of new investments
preparing investment papers for the Directors and Partners
deal execution on all aspects of transactions
The role will sit with a great team comprised on professionals from tier one banks and other private equity funds
They are interested in meeting professionals with a background as follows:
3rd year Analyst to 1st year Associate level:
Currently employed by a private equity fund, leading investment bank or top advisor
Excellent financial modelling skills
Strong M&A deal sheet
Fluent in German
