Senior Legal Consultant

A software compnay based in London are currently applying for ABS registration with the SRA, and we’re looking to appoint a Senior Legal Consultant to support them through the application process.

This is a short-term, part-time position, focused on governance and regulatory oversight, rather than day-to-day legal delivery or executive management. The engagement is expected to last around three months, with a commitment of roughly one day per month.

What the role involves

  • Providing senior legal oversight and governance for the legal services delivered by the ABS
  • Supporting compliance with SRA requirements during the ABS application process
  • Acting as a senior legal point of contact in relation to regulatory matters
  • Helping ensure appropriate systems and controls are in place

What we’re looking for

  • An SRA-registered lawyer (essential)
  • A senior, experienced legal professional with a strong understanding of regulation and governance
