Context & Role Purpose
In a context of ongoing transformation, Corporate Finance plays a key role in performance steering and business partnering across Markets.

The Markets Controlling Manager supports the Markets Finance Director in the financial steering of the Markets perimeter.
The role acts as a key contributor and coordinator, ensuring consistency of analyses, supporting performance reviews, and enabling effective decision-making across Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Steering Support
Support the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts across the scope.
Contribute to performance analysis (P&L, margins, pricing, mix, volumes) and support the identification of risks and opportunities.
Prepare high-quality financial materials to support performance reviews and decision-making.
Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data across Markets.

Business Partnering & Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for Market Finance teams on selected topics.
Support interactions with FP&A and other Corporate functions, providing relevant analyses and actionable insights.
Contribute to the preparation of category business reviews.

Governance & Reporting Contribution
Support the implementation and consistency of Finance standards, tools, and practices across Markets.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and financial tools, with a strong focus on simplification.

Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to transversal Finance projects (transformation, simplification, tools).
Support ad hoc analyses and deep dives to address strategic questions and performance topics.

Profile
Education & Experience
Masters degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
810 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
Experience in an international and/or matrix environment is a plus.

Ability to support and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
High level of rigor, reliability, and attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership.
