Senior Actuarial Transformation Lead
A prestigious life reinsurer is seeking a qualified actuary to play a leading role in a high-profile global transformation programme.
This is a rare opportunity to move beyond traditional reporting and valuation work into a strategically important role focused on reshaping how actuarial data, reporting and analytics are produced across the business. Working at the centre of a major transformation initiative, you will partner with senior stakeholders across actuarial, finance, operations and technology functions to drive lasting change.
The role offers significant visibility across the organisation, combining technical actuarial expertise with stakeholder management, project leadership and process transformation.
Key responsibilities:
Lead a critical actuarial workstream within a major business transformation programme
Partner with senior leaders across multiple functions and international locations
Redesign and modernise actuarial reporting and analytical processes
Drive automation, efficiency and enhanced management insight through improved data and reporting solutions
Shape the future operating model for actuarial reporting, analytics and governance
Ensure successful implementation and embedding of new processes, systems and controls
Act as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance and challenge throughout the transformation journeyRequirements:
Qualified actuary with experience in life insurance or life reinsurance
Strong understanding of actuarial reporting, financial analysis and business performance drivers
Proven track record delivering change, transformation or large-scale process improvement initiatives
Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
Experience working with reporting, data visualisation and analytical tools such as Power BI
Commercial mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and challenging the status quoWhy consider this opportunity?
